ANDAM Fashion Awards
The Association Nationale pour le Développement des Arts de la Mode (National Association for the Development of the Fashion Arts) is a nonprofit association created in 1901. The ANDAM organizes an annual contest intended to recognize and introduce designers on to the French and international fashion scene.
Arab Fashion week
Since its first edition has received its recognition as one of the world’s highest profile designers showcase alongside to the other four big fashion weeks held in New York (NYFW), London (LFW), Milan (MFW) & Paris (PFW) being officially on the international calendar. In addition, AFW is the only official fashion week in the world for promoting the Ready-Couture and Pre-Collections which defines the international industry scene of luxury fashion in Dubai and the Arab World.
Bread and Butter
Bread and Butter is held in Berlin and it is one of the industry’s most innovative trade shows of contemporary street style. More than 600 other brands are showcased during this event. This trade show, started in 2001, is filled with concerts and art installations.
British Fashion Council
BFC is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to further the interests of the British fashion industry and its designer businesses by harnessing and sharing collective knowledge, experience and resources of the sector. Based in London and formed in 1983, the BFC is funded by industry patrons, commercial sponsors and the government including the Mayor of London and the European Regional Development Fund. It leads the industry through creative influence and is strategically repositioning British fashion in the global fashion economy. The BFC has five strategic pillars; business, reputation, education, digital and investment, and has appointed pillar presidents to help drive each element forward.
CFDA Fashion Awards
The CFDA Fashion Awards, also known as the Fashion industry Oscars, this annual event recognizing individuals in the American Fashion Industry and a lifetime achievement awards for design excellence and extraordinary accomplishments in journalism and creative vision. It is not only an event; it’s also a star studded runway show.

Fashion Week Online
Founded in 2012 (2011 as Fashion Week Dates), FashionWeekOnline.com was the first website wholly dedicated to organizing the international fashion week calendar, hosting live streams from the “Big 4,” and helping promote and demystify fashion week for the press and general public.
FHCM Paris
The Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode brings together fashion brands that foster creation and international development. It seeks to promote French fashion culture, where Haute Couture and creation have a major impact by combining traditional know how and contemporary technology at all times. It contributes to bolstering Paris in its role as worldwide fashion capital.
London Fashion Week
The British Fashion Council for the London Development Agency founded London Fashion Week. The first one took place in 1984 alongside New York, Paris and Milan. London Fashion Week is known as one of the ‘Big Four’ fashion weeks.
Los Angeles Fashion Week
Fashion Week in Los Angeles occurs biannually. Multiple show producers hold events throughout the Greater Los Angeles area each March and October.

The Met Gala
The Met Gala, formally called the Costume Institute Gala and also known as the Met Ball, is an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City. Each year’s event celebrates the theme of that year’s Costume Institute exhibition, and sets the tone for the formal dress of the night, since guests are expected to choose their fashion to match the theme of the exhibit. Each year, celebrities are chosen to serve as the event’s honorary chairs.
Milan Fashion Week
Milan Fashion Week (Italian: Settimana della moda) is a clothing trade show held semi-annually in Milan, Italy. The autumn/winter event is held in February/March of each year, and the spring/summer event is held in September/October of each year.
Milan Men’s Fashion Week
Milan Men’s Fashion Week has given men’s fashion the same kind of excitement previously only seen with women’s fashion. This event is keeping stylish men, women and the media buzzing.
Miami Fashion Week
Is an annual fashion week held in Miami, Florida, United States. Miami Fashion Week, not to be confused with the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Miami, takes place every year during the spring and is held in the Wynwood Arts District.
Moma Gala
Founded in 1990, The Junior Associates, a MoMA affiliate group of individuals between the ages of 21 and 40, is among New York City’s most established, dynamic young patrons programs. While participating in and supporting modern and contemporary art initiatives, both at the Museum and within the art community at large, JAs have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with artists, curators, collectors, and fellow members.
Paris Fashion Week
A series of designer presentations held biannually in Paris, France with spring/summer and autumn/winter events held each year. Dates are determined by the French Fashion Federation.
Pitti Immagine
An Italian company devoted to promoting the fashion industry worldwide. The staff fully believes in the concept of the modern trade fair as an event. Pitti Immagine has recently expanded its scope to include other industries such as food and fragrance.
